TheNet.Com and TNC eSports has staged the TNC eSports Cup, a nine-month long e-Sports tournament that aims to produce more high-caliber gamers.

Eric Redulfin, manager of TheNet.Com and TNC eSports said the competition features four major gaming titles, namely Dota 2, League of Legends, Dragon Nest and Crossfire. The ongoing contest will run until November with the grand finale set to be held at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium in Manila.

Redulfin believes that with proper support, online gaming can be a lucrative career similar to other countries where e-gamers earn a huge sum of money for their abilities.
