In preparation for Pope Francis’ visit on January 15-19, DILG Secretary Mar Roxas II, Defense Sec. Voltaire Gazmin, DOTC Sec. Joseph Emilio Abaya, and AFP chief Gen. Gregorio Pio Catapang Jr. conducted an ocular inspection of steel barriers put around Quirino Grandstand last Monday, January 12. The Pope is scheduled to celebrate Mass at the grandstand on Sunday.
