The golden voice that earned Nora Aunor the “superstar” tag is gone.
Aunor is reportedly planning to file a lawsuit against a cosmetic surgeon in Japan after a botched cosmetic procedure that severely affected her voice.
This was revealed by actor Juan Rodrigo who performed with the singer-actress in their recent Australian concert tour. Rodrigo, a one time boyfriend of Aunor, said the actress has undergone a vocal chord surgery last March.
Despite her condition, the superstar was loudly applauded by the audience when she appeared onstage to explain why she can not sing.
