Dynamic Duo
Russel Baarde was born in Quezon City, Philippines in 1992. At the age of 10, he immigrated to Winnipeg with his Father and his brother. Russell attended Lancaster School and graduated from Sisler High School. His passions for cars lead him to a job as a detailer at a local Toyota Dealership.
Not content with just detailing, Russell hounded his boss to let him work in the auto body shop. Russell started “prepping” vehicles for the painters, sanding and masking vehicles ensuring they were perfectly ready for a stunning paint job.
Russell now at the age of 25, is enrolled as an apprentice with the Province of Manitoba, working towards his Journeyman Red Seal as a Refinish Technician. Russell continually takes courses and works very hard at honing his craft as a highly skilled painter.
Richard “Ritchie” Bautista was born and raised in Winnipeg. He couldn’t even drive but was commissioned to install car stereos for his friends. Ritchie is a graduate of Tech Vocational High School and became a proficient mechanic. He specialized in the assessment and repair of mechanical damage or failures as a result of collision damage. His curiosity and desire to facilitate more and more of the repair lead him to tackle bodywork, collision repair and auto glass.
Ritchie and Russel have a tremendous work ethic and welcome members of their community to look to Moray Collison and Glass for all their MPI and Glass work.
