The long wait is finally over and Jollibee Canada will make its Canadian debut on December 15 in Winnipeg. The company announced the grand opening date on their Jollibee Canada Facebook Page.
Filipinos have been buzzing with excitement since the first signs on the construction site were put up earlier this year. Leaked images back in the summer created a buzz on social media when Jollibee announced that Winnipeg will be opening two locations in the city. The Jollibee at 1420 Ellice Ave will be the first Jollibee restaurant to open in Canada.
As the construction progressed, new signs were replaced including the “Join our team” employee recruiting sign posted in mid-October. In recent weeks, the drive-thru menu was posted causing more buzz as people were eager to see what will be on the Jollibee Canada menu.
