Senator Jose “Jinggoy” Estrada arrived at the Sandiganbayan this Tuesday morning, for the continuation of his bail hearing.
Jinggoy is one of the three senators facing graft and plunder charges in connection with the alleged P10-billion pork barrel scam.
He and Sen. Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. are detained at the PNP Custodial Center while Senate Minority Leader Juan Ponce Enrile is detained at the PNP General Hospital.
The Sandiganbayan has ordered the three to be suspended although the Senate has yet to implement the same since the decision is not yet final.
