The Winnipeg Jets continued thier domination over the Arizona Coyotes (former Winnipeg Jets 1.0) as they beat them 4-1 on Dale Hawerchuk Night at Bell MTS Place. The Jets earn their 10th win of the season and are currently 3rd in the Western Conference.
Hawerchuk inducted to Jets Hall of Fame
Prior to the Jets-Coyotes game last week, Jets fans will celebrate and honour the legacy of Dale Hawerchuk’s contribution to Jets hockey history. As the first overall pick in the 1981 NHL Draft, Hawerchuk helped fuel Winnipeg’s passion for hockey. Dale Hawerchuk becomes the 4th member of the Winnipeg Jets Hall of Fame as Ducky’s #10 banner was raised to the rafters at Bell MTS Place.
