The Filipino Journal have two new writers for the Winnipeg Jets Report. We would like to introduce you to Allan Madriaga and Ryan Reyes as the newest “call-ups”. Allan and Ryan are avid Jets fans and are hoping to share their passion with readers as the Jets push for playoff contention.
Derick Ramos covered the Winnipeg Jets for the last two and half seasons for the Filipino Journal. In his own words, “It has always been a dream for me to be able to cover a sports franchise and the Filipino Journal has allowed me to fulfill that.” We are extremely fortunate that we’ve been able to help you with that dream.
In addition to the Winnipeg Jets, Derick was also part of several great sporting events in Winnipeg. Those include the 2015 CFL Grey Cup, NBA exhibition games and most recently, the 2016 NHL Heritage Classic at Investors Group Field.
