Jeremy Senaris, MasterChef Canada finalist, will be presenting a Filipino-inspired menu at the Manitoba Filipino Business Council (MFBC) Awards Gala on Nov. 17 at Delta Winnipeg. The organization’s marquee event invites local leaders and influencers to honour the achievements of business professionals in Manitoba’s Filipino community.
“Filipino cuisine features a lot of classic and homemade comfort foods, and it’s the up-and-coming next big thing in Asian cuisine. My goal for this year’s MFBC Awards Gala is to provide an elevated ethnic experience for Filipino and non-Filipino guests,” says Senaris. “I’ve had the opportunity to showcase my spin on Filipino cuisine to the masses on TV, and I’m bringing this perspective back to where I started – in Winnipeg!”
