Veteran host and talent manager German Moreno is apparently upset at Iza Calzado, a former colleague in GMA-7, for signing a three-year contract with ABS-CBN last January.
The Master Showman admitted being taken by surprise by Iza’s move, more so because he considers the actress as one of his daughters in showbiz.
Kuya Germs maintained that although their separation might’ve been unpleasant, they remain to be in good terms.
For her part, Iza revealed that it was difficult to leave the Kapuso network which has been her home studio for seven years.
She said she has to make certain decisions which she hope won’t burn bridges but instead retain her friendship with her colleagues there.
