The Filipino community of Manitoba is graced again with another feather on its cap in the area of sports, specifically football. His team’s starting offensive lineman, player 66 Miguel C. Leano and the entire Team Manitoba, the provincial representative to the competition, played the recent Canada Cup held in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Leano is the only Filipino Canadian member of the province’s team.
