Getting closer to our dream… the World Karate Championships in Dublin, Ireland

We would like to thank everyone who sent and pledged their support for our dream to join almost a hundred delegates from all the provinces and territories to represent Canada at the World Karate Championships in Dublin, Ireland on October 27 to November 2, 2018. We are dedicated and committed to our training to make the WSAA family, the Filipino-Canadian Community and Canada to be proud of us.

Your monetary contributions, donations and sponsorships means a lot to us and inspires us more to be better and deserving young martial arts atheletes.

We are very excited of our Bud, Pizza and Pasta Fundraiser on August 16, 2018 at the Essence Event Centre we started promoting our Fundraiser: Bud, Pizza and Pasta at the Essence Event Centre CanadInns Garden City. We are preparing to make this event great and full of fun. To those who have purchased tickets for our event, thank you very much! And to those who have not purchased, a few tickets are still available $15 each.

Our special guests on are: Mr. Paul Kevin Ong, Mr. Christopher Marquez and our team from the Winnipeg Sikaran Arnis Academy and our lovely emcee is Miss Geraldine Ong.

On July 2, we started promoting our Fundraiser: Bud, Pizza and Pasta at the Essence Event Centre CanadInns Garden City. It is such a big surprise from friends and businesses who volunteered in extending their help to us by sponsoring silent auction prizes. To date, we sold over 200 tickets! We are very grateful to all who generously volunteered to help sell the tickets. Many thanks to Lorie Policarpio, so far she sold the most number of tickets and is still selling.
