On June 10, our very own Michael Dell Montes Silverie, a Grade 10 student at Sisler High School, won the 100-m Hurdles at the University of Manitoba Provincial Championship, earning the prestigious gold medal. This was actually his third time in winning the sports competition. His time record was 13.99. Let’s congratulate him and his family and applaud his contributions to Filipino Canadian sports history.
