Entertainment website Starmometer announced on Tuesday that Coco Martin dominated the online poll participated by thousands of fans, as he was voted the “Sexiest Man in the Philippines” for 2012.
Martin tops the 100 Sexiest Men with 29,918 votes from fans, more than 2,000 votes higher than second placer Aljur Abrenica who got 27,601 votes. This marks his second time to occupy the top spot, having been declared as the Sexiest Man in the Philippines in 2010.
TV host-comedian Vhong Navarro is on third place, with 27,532 votes, followed by Xian Lim and Paulo Avelino with 27,072 and 25,689 votes, respectively.
Occupying the second half of the top 10 are Gerald Anderson (15,624), JM De Guzman (13,231), Enrique Gil (13,134), Derek Ramsay (12,030), and Sam Milby (12,003).
The top newcomers are former “Pinoy Big Brother” housemates Mark Luz and Jerico Redrico at number. 12 and. 16, respectively, while grand winner Slater Young came in at number 22.
Among the non-actors, director Paul Soriano is at rank 26 while news reporter Atom Araullo is number 67.
