On April 9th, hundreds flocked to the Garden City Shopping Centre for the CKJS Radio’s “You Can Go Home Again” contest grand draw.
Listeners from the different language programs of the station participate in the yearly contest. This year, it was Nenette De Castro from Lopez, Quezon in the Philippines who won the grand prize of two free tickets to the Philippines! De Castro says she has not been back to the Philippines for more than 10 years. So this is a great opportunity for her and her family to go back home and visit relatives and friends.
