Naturalized Filipino Andray Blatche heads the 12-man lineup of the Philippine basketball team roster for the 2014 Asian Games set on September 19 at Incheon, South Korea.
This was revealed by Gilas Pilipinas head coach Chot Reyes, adding the other members of the team are Fiba Asia’s best point guard Jayson Castro, LA Tenorio, Gary David, Fiba Asia Cup hero Paul Lee, Gilas pool addition Jared Dillinger and national team mainstays Jeff Chan, Gabe Norwood, Marc Pingris, Ranidel de Ocampo, Japeth Aguilar and June Mar Fajardo.
The Philippine team is now in Vitoria, to compete in the 2014 Fiba World Cup. The Filipinos are bracketed in Group B together with Argentina, Greece, Puerto Rico, Senegal and Croatia.
