Thanks to the Winnipeg Police Service, Rainbow Society Dream Child, Nicole was sworn-in as a Police Officer for the Day. Her first duty: representing the Winnipeg Police by riding in a police car in the Santa Clause Parade on Saturday, November 13, 2010. Taking on her new role with full dedication and commitment, Nicole proudly waived to the crowd while expertly operating the sirens and lights. With the dream of being an Officer for the Day complete, Nicole looks forward to her once-in-a-lifetime dream of visiting her grandparents in the Philippines becoming a reality, thanks to the help of The Rainbow Society, an organization that helps to fulfill the dreams of Manitoba children suffering from a life-threatening illness.
