We put the call out for photographers of all skill levels to submit the best photos of the 2015 Manitoba Filipino Street Festival. Our judges were looking for the best photos that captured the spirit and theme of the 2015 Manitoba Filipino Street Festival – “Proud To Be Pinoy”. Here’s are the winning photos as selected by this year’s panel of judges.

Comment on 1st place photo by Bong Tingzon: I liked this picture cause it displays the vibrancy of the Filipino culture. The group picture also shows a sense of community pride and how close knit Filipinos are in Winnipeg. I like that it also shows people of different generations celebrating their Filipino heritage.
