Bob Arum says a Pacquiao vs. Mayweather 2 is possible if Mayweather would come and negotiate with Manny Pacquiao in Manila.
The pronouncement by Pacquiao’s promoter was prompted by Mayweather’s recent overtures of coming out of retirement to fight again. Arum said Pacquiao, who announced his retirement from boxing following his win over Timothy Bradley in April, has an obligation to the Filipino people as one of the elected senators of the country. But while both fighters are retired as of the moment, Arum still sees the possibility of another blockbuster bout between the two prizefighters should Mayweather take the initial step of flying to the Philippines to talk to Pacquiao.
