On Jan. 15, members of the Manitoba Filipino Business Council (MFBC) gathered at the Hilton Airport Suites for their inaugural Annual General Meeting. The meeting gave members the opportunity to reflect on major accomplishments from the previous year, and look forward to another bright year ahead.
The outgoing Board of Directors provided reports on behalf of the organization’s Finance, Public Relations, Membership and Events committees. The confidential ballot for the incoming President and Board of Directors took place following the formal reports. The evening concluded with the ramification of the draft Constitution by the membership.
