The rebirth of the Acura NSX has finally arrived. It was at the 2012 North American International Autoshow when Acura announced the NSX Supercar Concept. I remember all the buzz from that announcement and when the rumours that an Acura NSX production model was to be unveiled during this year’s show in Detroit, I was beyond excited. Here it is and if you have $150,000 USD kicking around, you can special order one this summer. Time to call your banker!
The new Acura NSX supercar will have hybrid power and all-wheel-drive. The rear-mounted turbocharged V6 engine and 9-speed transmission is expected to pump 550hp.
