Caption: The tour begins at the Fur Loft, one of the first buildings built in 1830. Visiting Lower Fort Garry continues to teach and educate Manitoban's newest immigrants during inaugural Bagong Dating Picnic. The Filipino Journal hosted Bagong Dating (New Immigrant) families at Lower Fort Garry National Historic Site of Canada on July 7th. The National Historic Site is located past Lockport, Manitoba on Highway 9.
