A night to remember for Julia Garcia who celebrated her 18th birthday with a formal debutante’s party at Sinclair Community Centre last August 25, 2019 With the members of her cotillion entourage plus the more than 300 invited guests, Julia, in her beauiful blue gown, danced with her father, her only brother James and with the cotillion members and followed by some of her guests.
Julia who is pursuing education at the University of Manitoba, is the only daughter of Julian and Belinda Garcia. And the sister to only brother James Garcia.
