Author: Quezon City Special Weapons and Tactics arrested and subdued the hostage taker alis Gerry inside the house along Halcon 2 St. in Quezon City January 6, 2014. In picture is one of the hostage victim being escorted by the SWAT. The suspect held at knife point members of a family at No. 13 Halcon Street in Brgy. Sta.
