Caption: Using your precision angle brush and the Glitterati Liner (a black liner with tiny bits of silver sparkles) line the top of the eye starting from the outer corner and working into the inner corner and underneath the lash line. The liner can also be applied on top of a previous eye liner you have on and it will add sparkles to it.
