It might not have been how early settlers to Manitoba celebrated Halloween but for one weekend, Lower Fort Garry was transformed. The Fort was full of kids and activities at every stop – face painting, magician shows and story telling and maybe even some ghost hunting in the big house or maybe the fur loft.
