The Filipino Technical Professionals Association of Manitoba (FCTPAM) held it’s Annual Picnic at the Park at Kildonan Park on July 28, 2012. The participants enjoyed the good weather, delicious filipino food, palour games and the warm fellowship with one another. The FCTPAM officers led by it’s president Norman Padilla, thanked the members, volunteers, guests and prize donors for making the picnic a resounding success.
