Author: STEP 5 - Once you have cleaned under the eyes, remove the tape and apply the Pore Perfect Primer all over the face to smooth out the skin and prolong the wear of your foundation. Once you have finished applying your foundation and powdering the face you can go and add a few coats of Lush Black Mascara, and there you have a Smokey Cat Eye that you can wear for the holiday season.
