A bottle-nose dolphin was born at a theme park in Subic late last August, but did not make her debut until one month later.
The baby dolphin was shown to the public this week, nearly a month after her birth last August 31.
She did not make her public appearance earlier because her first month is deemed critical.
The public is being asked to suggest a name for the dolphin, with the winning entry to be announced on Oct. 4.
