Author: Garden City Shopping Centre hosts a new physical activity program for seniors. Mall walkers that use Garden City Shopping Centre to stay fit have another way to keep in shape called “Active Living Seven Oaks” (ALSO) which started back in January. The program has been so successful that there’s a waiting list of seniors hoping to be part of the next mall fitness craze.
