Caption: Cindy Soriano - #9. Cindy Soriano, 24 years old, is currently a Human Resources Professional. Cindy decided to participate in this pageant because she has been involved in various organizations in Winnipeg. She feels that it’s time to further explore her own cultural roots. Cindy volunteered at the Winnipeg Art Gallery for the Art & Soul: Clash of the Titans event and made herself a horse costume. She was dressed as a centaur and the whole night, was the “centaur” of attention! Cindy is proudly representing Quezon City.
