ULAM: Main Dish – is the first food documentary following the rise of the Filipino food movement via the chefs crossing over to the center of the American table.
Written and directed by Alexandra Cuerdo, it will be shown in Winnipeg on February 24 , 6:30pm at the Park Theatre.
The screening includes panel discussion featuring Filipino-Canadian Chefs Charlie Villapando, Lord Sale and Eejay Chua. Filipino movie snacks by Allan Pineda will also be served.
